Why is it sometimes our bodies seem slow and tiresome?. Your intention may be to get up early and start moving, but the physical body says otherwise. Usually we try to cure this problem by overeating, smoking cigarettes, and drinking coffee. You will feel some immediate effects but these will quickly subside. This causes us to build up even more toxins.
Our lives these days are busier than ever and we must continue to meet the demand of a busier lifestyle. People often resort to taking amphetamines in order to keep their energy levels up. These uppers are found in some foods we ingest as well as things like diet pills and cigarettes. What happens in most cases is that the body only reacts to the stimulants for a short period of time, after the effects wear off, headaches and tiredness are often experienced. Just the opposite of what we were trying to achieve.
So, what are toxins? Why are they harmful to us and how do they get into our bodies? First of all, there are two types of toxins; Exogenous or external, and Endogenous or internal. You can find external toxins usually from the environment, such as pollution, smoke, etc…. A toxin that starts and replicates internally are things such as viruses and bacteria. Sometimes our own body can create a toxins which is then referred to as Autogenous.
There is a way to get rid of these toxins that are abound in our bodies and it’s through a body detox program. We are trying to rid the liver, kidneys, blood, and the colon from these toxins that have accumulated. Perhaps the best and cheapest way to get rid of this buildup is through a natural body detox. A natural diet is really nothing more than going from a bad diet to a healthy one. The main ingredient in a natural detox diet is raw foods such as fruits and vegetables.
While it is true that the body will restore itself naturally usually while you are asleep, but certain stimulants such as sugar should still be avoided. Sugar is a natural stimulant that is used in a lot of fruit juices, so avoid those “canned” products.
Naturally, the body detoxifies itself all day. Most of the toxins are absorbed and reversed while the body is asleep. This is how the body eliminates such toxins absorbed as a result of pollution, stimulants, and other drugs. Why not try a cup of Chinese green tea to help keep you going rather than your standard cup of coffee. You will get the same effect as coffee however, you won’t have the same harmful substances that coffee has.
Try eating natural fruits such as pears to keep your edge rather than a diet pill. Not only will fruits supply you with a stimulant, they contain agents which promote detoxification. Instead of the steak, have fish every now and then. Fish is a much better protein enriching food contains natural detoxifying agents also.
Try changing your diet first before you spend any money on a program to detox your body, you might just get the boost you need for free. Your body will thank you and you’ll be able to accomplish more every day.
As with any fitness or diet program, always consult a qualified physician before starting, to make sure you’re healthy enough for such a regimen.
